Three sides. Verified UCLA labs that need a cleaner way to recruit undergraduate researchers, companies that want scoped research work done, and students who want real research experience they can point to.
Researchers are verified against known institutional emails before their openings can be published. Company organizations are reviewed by an admin before they can post bounties or projects.
Companies fund a paid bounty up front through Stripe. The money is held until the work is submitted and approved, then released to the contributor. If the work is never delivered, the deposit is refunded.
Every completed bounty, approved submission, and researcher endorsement adds to a student’s credibility score. Companies can require a minimum score or a number of completed bounties before someone can claim their work.
Yes. Each opening carries its own structured prompts on top of the default profile fields, so every applicant answers the questions that actually matter for that role.
